Ola!

Guys we're back for part 5 for #lifeinbeliseries :D

As  for today, I wanna share the story when we hiked Mt. Batur! yep hiking! cool rite :D

Honestly I was so amazed and proud of myself coz we did it. It was the biggest achievement for me. Do you know why? It's because you need to be very consistent to reach the top. Then you'll see what will happen next!

Let's just start the story!

How to get there?

We booked sunrise trekking guide tour.  The package is including as follows:

• Pick up and drop off hotel
• Admission fee
• Breakfast

The driver picked us up at 1.30 AM. Yep very very early :D you need to be ready guys!

He was such a nice driver, explaining everything. At that time I didn't talk much because I was still a bit sleepy :D. We stopped at a warung to have a cup of  coffee and went to a toilet.

at around 3.30 AM we arrived at the designation place. Another guide was waiting for us. He's the one who took us to the top of the mountain. I remember he was so young and he took his brother as well.

Trekking to see the sunrise

The young man took us and we started walking. Ah I forgot it's not only  me and my hubby. There's one more guy from Poland. All of us hiked  together. OMG I was so tired and so weak! We started walking and I got tired already. Thank God the guy and the guide they were so patient. The road sometimes was so hard to hike and it's also dark. Each one of us bring water and light for sure but c'mon it's the hardest from me because it's so tiring :(You guys need  to exercise before coming here okay!

We walked so much and it's almost sunrise time. He said if we're not  in hurry we won't be able to see the sunrise. I almost gave up but thinking about seeing the sunrise from the top encouraged  me. So we keep going!

Our young guide said that we almost reach the spot and jajanggggggg OMG! I couldn't believe it. I did it! we arrived. Me and hubby were so happy! The guide gave us breakfast such as hot milk, toast and apple. Ah don't forget to bring jacket because it's so cold here!

Memories!

You can enjoy your hot coffee or milk while watching the sunrise. It's so pretty! We're very grateful to see this!

While watching the sunrise you can see your surrounding. There're monkeys here. You will enjoy the view so much. It's beautiful. We took  so many pictures here.

Hello  monkeys!

After that the guide took us to return to designation place. We're walking back using different route. Ah you can see some people took Jeep tours. Maybe next time we'll try. 

We walked and walked for almost 2 hours. This  time it wasn't that hard comparing we we climbed. We walked but so many people behind us. So you're not  alone :D

Then we finally reached the place and our previous guide already waited for us.

He  took us back to our place and telling us some stories. It was fund and very memorable experience.

I could say this is one of the best experience in Bali for me.

Bali Monkey Sacred Forest Sanctuary

The next one is Monkey Sacred Forest. 

Where is the location?

Monkey forest is located in Ubud area. We went there using a  rent car for few hours. 

How much is the entrance fee?

IDR 80k on weekday and IDR 100k on the weekend.

We were strolling around for maybe an hour or more? I didn't count :D 

There're so many monkeys here, unquestionable!:D 

Don't worry guys  the monkeys they're nice comparing to the monkeys in Uluwatu. In Uluwatu temple they're so wild. So scary :(

We had so much fun here. Feeding the monkeys and hubby even took pictures with a monkey in his shoulder. I didn't do it  coz I got scared  hahahaha

*Bonus

We went to Tanah Lot Temple. Actually that wasn't  our first time. Unfortunately this time it was raining so much and also thunderstorm. So scary! Even tho we didn't visit for long but we took some pictures here.

We  also came to this place but I couldn't remember the name of the place. 

I took this in Ubud :D

After that we headed back home because we got so tired already.

We had so much fun doing these activities. It was unforgettable for me personally.

We didn't give up to see the sunrise and in the end we could see a breathtaking view from the top. After that we met the monkeys in the monkey forest. Thank you for the memories!
